Ingredients
- 1 scoop of KetogenX Vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of almond or hazelnut meal
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg
Method
- Add together ingredients in a bowl.
- In a non-stick pan, cook on moderate heat for approx 2 to 3 minutes on each side.(Watch carefully as it may burn quickly.)
- Serve buttered with a handful of mixed berries
